How Gulmohar CHS joined RightRange, and what the society agreed to. Each step was completed with the deal team before the listing on 3 May 2027.
The committee's resolution
Step 1 of 3The managing committee resolved to list Gulmohar CHS on RightRange and to run the developer tender here, as the special general body approved on 18 Apr 2027.

Consent to use the society's data
Step 2 of 3The society agreed that the deal team may hold and check its records for the redevelopment, and nothing else.
- What we hold: the building's documents, the member list with share certificates, and the committee's contact details.
- Why: to verify the society and run a fair tender.
- Your rights: any member can ask to see the data about them, have it corrected, or have it erased, except what the law requires us to keep.

Who sees what
Step 3 of 3The society reviewed this list with the deal team.
- Developers, before they unlock
- A masked card: the area to within 1.5 km, ranges for the plot and the members, and no name or building photo.
- Developers, after they sign and pay
- The society's name, the verified documents (every page they see carries their name and the time) and a private deal room.
- The deal team
- Documents, opened only with a reason that you can read on the Documents page.
- Other developers
- Never another developer's room, messages or bid.
- Messages in a deal room
- Only the members of that room. RightRange cannot read them.
