The meeting needs at least 32 of our 48 members present. A developer is chosen only if at least 25 members vote for it. The meeting will be video recorded.

What you need to do

  1. Come in person. Your vote decides who rebuilds our building.
  2. Bring your share certificate or a photo ID.
  3. Proxies are not allowed. An associate member named on your share certificate can vote for you with a letter you have signed.
