Engagement letter

   1. Work

   Evaluate the four bids for planning and area compliance and present to the special general body.

   2. Fee

   ₹6 L plus GST, paid by the society directly to the architect. Payment: 40% on signing, 60% after the bid evaluation is presented.
3. 3.

   3. Time

   Until the general body selects a developer.
4. 4.

   4. Independence

   The architect acts only for the society. The architect has no engagement with, and takes no payment, commission or gift from, any developer bidding for Gulmohar CHS, and will tell the society at once if that changes.
5. 5.

   5. Confidentiality

   Documents shared through RightRange are used only for this work. Each view is logged and visible to the society. Personal data is handled under the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.
6. 6.

   6. Ending the engagement and disputes

   Either side may end this engagement with 15 days’ written notice; work done until then is paid for in proportion. Disputes go to arbitration seated in Mumbai.
